Six pack abs

Please critique this article I wrote.


Want to lose the flab? Do you have a burning desire to acquire six pack abs? If you answered yes to either question, keep reading. Six pack abs are most certainly difficult for the average person to achieve. Achieving this goal involves being emotionally and mentally strong. You need to have constant motivation to drive yourself if you do not see results right away. Remember, patience is a virtue. Good things come to those who wait.

I know people who have been working on their abs for years to gain the results they are looking for. It is a tedious process. Consistency is another key factor. I can not stress this enough, ab exercises alone are not enough to gain a six pack or even "flat abs" for that matter. You have to make sure you are eating properly and exercising. The two go hand in hand. The only way you will ever obtain a six pack is by losing body fat. This means you have to have a healthy, low calorie diet, regular cardio exercise and a strength training program for your entire body. You need all of these components on a consistent basis in order to even get close to having a six pack. Another thing that factors in are your genes. If your genes do not agree with what you want, this will be a very long process for you. It is not impossible, but it will take time.


1. Stay focused - Keep your mind focused on the task at hand. There will be many distractions along the way.
2. Never give up - Whatever you do, do not give up if you are not seeing the results that you want to see. Keep pushing and eventually you will see results.
3. Be Consistent - Be repetitive with your exercises. Repitition always wins out. Think about your favorite sports team. They are champions for a reason. Often times, it is because of consistency
4. Be prepared mentally - This may be a long process so prepare yourself mentally. Keep yourself motivated.

Your meal schedule should look something like this:

8 a.m - Breakfast
11 a.m. - Snack
1 p.m. - Lunch
4 p.m. - Snack
6 p.m. - Dinner
9 p.m. - Snack

Repeat this process on a daily basis until you reach your results.

Remember that all things are possible. Despite what anyone says, keep pushing. This is your task. This is your work. There may be criticism. There will definitely be a lot of sweat and possibly some tears. This will only make the end result so much better. You will accomplished something on your own. Something you can take pride in. Your self esteem should eventually sky rocket as you now have your much anticipated six pack abs. Now get out and work off that flab. Get your six pack!

Make $5000 monthly on Myspace

I am currently selling my myspace system. With this system I've been making atleast 5k per month for the past 12 months. It's so easy, hell an elementary school kid could atleast make $1200 per month from it. This method is consistent. It's just a little trick i learned while I was scrambling to make money. I fell behind on a few bills and came up with this out of desperation. It works, I am proof that it does.This method is something I created for myspace. It has been approved by a few of the mods on this forum. When I first released this method I was asking $350 per copy. Now I am asking $20. There are limited copies. As instructed, I've put a cap of 40 copies and then I will not sell it anymore.

Why The Cap? Because we don't need the market becoming so saturated that no one will be able to make money. I ask that whomever buys this does not sell it. It will ruin everything for everyone else who wants to use this system.
